Ann is the Founder of Living in Your Heart, LLC, a company that provides workshops for women on a monthly basis throughout Maryland, and also offers private workshops and retreats for groups and corporations. She is the co-host with her friend, Ginny Robertson, of the weekly radio talk show, WomanTalk Live, on WVIE 1370 AM Baltimore. Ann creates a safe place for people to make the changes they are ready to make. She is the creator of the workshop, There's a Pony in Here Somewhere, a 4-week workshop for women to help identify and release the emotional and energetic "stuff" that keeps you from living the life you desire. No matter how that "stuff" shows up...professional work challenges, excess weight, chronic health issues, relationship problems, addictions, money issues, disordered eating, depression, holding back, etc...Ann believes that, if you are ready, you can get "unstuck" and start living the life you were meant to live.
"Ann's class is the absolute best thing I have ever done for myself. She lives what she teaches. She walks her talk and exudes joy and non-judgmental acceptance to everyone. If you can come in to her work with an open mind, you can leave with an open heart...a gift every woman deserves to give herself." Doreen |
